You know, when I took that stupid class, I read the manual like everyone else… If you’re that lazy, I don’t think I want to see you on the road because your driving will probably be lax too…

Answering only to your insurance question, two things could happen. You could be cited for failure to produce valid insurance. You would then have to go to court, and prove that you did have insurance at the time of the stop, or the Officer could extend a courtesy ,and just let you go.
